The Big Pour

Saturday February 8th 2014 - We carefully and anxiously watched the weather all week. There was a chance of rain and we had to call in a lot of favor's from friends to get the slab poured. At 7:10 am the mixer truck showed up. The kids and I were at home making homemade egg mcmuffins, hashbrowns, and hot coffee for all of the helpers. We missed the beginning but we got there in time to see a lot of work being done.

A huge Thank you to all of our help that day! As I pulled up to the lot, I got emotional seeing all of the guys there on their day off, early Saturday morning. These guys took the time and worked so very hard to give our home a solid foundation

A big shout out to: James Stout, Chris Downard, Zach Sullivan, Tyson Sullivan, Chad Gibson, Bob Clark, Brandon Young, Summer Downard, and Cora Downard for everything they did to help!
